Code of Conduct

At SkyPrime Virtual, we maintain the highest standards of professionalism in all interactions among our Staff Members, Pilots, and guests across our community platforms, including our Discord server and any online forums where SkyPrime Virtual is represented. Our partnerships with various vendors and developers are fundamental to our operations, and it is crucial that the conduct of our members positively reflects on these relationships. This Code of Conduct applies to all members of SkyPrime Virtual. 

Members of SkyPrime Virtual are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following actions on any SkyPrime platform or while representing SkyPrime : 

a. Verbally abusing or bullying any member of SkyPrime Virtual or any member of our partner organizations while representing SkyPrime Virtual. 

b. Engaging in any activity that harms the virtual airline . 

c. Sending explicit, controversial, or degrading messages based on race, color, religion, gender, national origin, veteran or disability status, or any other protected classifications. 

d. Using vulgar profanity or offensive language, including any "vulgar" profanity of a sexual nature, on SkyPrime Virtual and our partner's public-facing Discord channels at all times. Respect for all is expected while representing SkyPrime Virtual.

e. Sending advertisements for the sale of any product or service on any of SkyPrime Virtual's communication outlets, including our Discord server. 

f. Discussing pirating or distributing entertainment without completing proper purchases required by law. 

g. Using the @everyone/@here commands in our Discord server. 

h. Performing or promoting the intentional use of glitches, hacks, bugs, and other exploits that may cause an incident within the community and other pilots at SkyPrime Virtual . 

i. Spamming or flooding any communication outlet within or used by SkyPrime Virtual.

j. Registering or attempting to register on our website or any of SkyPrime Virtual's communication outlets, including our Discord server, using more than one email account/Pilot ID. Only one (1) pilot registration and one Discord registration are permitted. Notify an Executive or Administrative staff member prior to re registering for any reason . 

k. Advertising or promoting any other virtual airline on any of SkyPrime Virtual's communication outlets, including on our Discord server. This could result in disciplinary action up to and including termination from SkyPrime Virtual . 

l. Using aliases or fake names on our website or any of SkyPrime Virtual's communication outlets, including on our Discord server. Real names must be used . 

m. Causing a nuisance at SkyPrime Virtual. Repeated complaints will lead to necessary Administrative action up to and including termination from the VA, following a formal investigation. All members of SkyPrime Virtual are expected to treat others with dignity and respect at all times . For any Code of Conduct violations, notify the Staff. Warnings will be issued in a four-tiered system, progressing if corrective action is not implemented by the member.

 

Registration Requirements

 

1. Registrants must be at least sixteen (16) years old. 

2. Only real names are allowed for registration; aliases or fake names are not allowed. 

3. Each individual is permitted one registration only, both on our website and Discord. Multiple registrations using different email addresses are strictly prohibited. 

4. Registrants must possess a licensed copy of one of the following flight simulation software: FSX, MFS2020, XPlane, or Prepar3D.

5. A regularly accessed email account is required for communication purposes. 

6. By registering, you agree to abide by the rules outlined in our manual, including all NOTAMS, memos, and other manuals provided by the company.

7. Essential application information includes Country of Residence and Date of Birth. 

8. While not mandatory, having a VATSIM/IVAO ID is recommended to participate in our group flights, which are primarily conducted on VATSIM/IVAO. 

9. Registrants must complete their first flight within 7 days of registration acceptance to maintain their position on our roster. 

10. We do not accept transferred flight hours, as our pilots have the flexibility to fly any aircraft of their choice at any time.
